ReadyMED Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDA) is a selective fungal culture medium optimized for isolation and cultivation of yeasts and molds. The formulation complies with international standards for pharmaceutical and cosmetic testing.

Preparation Protocol

1. Suspend 65g in 1L purified water

2. Heat to boiling with stirring

3. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes

4. Cool to 45-50°C before pouring

Incubation Conditions:

• 20-25°C for 3-5 days (molds)

• 30-35°C for 24-48 hours (yeasts)
